Services

Blue Ocean HPA provides business coaching, consulting, advisory and AI implementation services. The specific terms of each engagement — including scope, fees, deliverables, payment schedule and termination provisions — are set out in a separate engagement letter or service agreement provided to each client prior to commencement.

Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer to provide services. All engagements are subject to the execution of a separate written agreement.

Digital Products

We sell digital products including the SME AI Playbook and other educational resources. By purchasing a digital product you agree to the following:

Digital products are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once accessed. You are purchasing a personal, non-transferable licence to use the product. You may not resell, redistribute, share access credentials or reproduce the product in any form. We reserve the right to update digital product content at any time.

Payment

Payments for digital products are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store payment card details. Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

For service engagements, payment terms are set out in the individual engagement letter. Late payments may attract interest at the rate of 2% per month on the outstanding amount.
